Prototype design & development, system Integration, writing SOPs, QC, protocol development & optimization, process validation, technology-transfer from lab to commercial product release and automation. • Extensive hands-on experience in developing immunoassays, multiplex assays, single use cartridge sensors, ELISA, dot blot, western blot, PCR, quantitative PCR, RNA/DNA isolation, surface chemistry/modification, protein conjugation/labeling chemistries. • Cleanroom fabrication- MEMS/NEMS devices- thin film deposition, lithography, mask design, etching, metal deposition, etc. • Proficient in Next-Generation solid-state sequencing platform- electrochemical/electrical detection in microfluidics platform (proof-of-principle/concepts, Nucleic acid-based diagnostic assay development, optimize protocol performance, detector design/testing, process validation and data analysis). • Innovative, creative thinker, self-starter, problem-solver, team-player, highly motivated with excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills. 15 publications 2 patents 30 national and international presentations 1 book chapter
