I’m an electronics engineer with ~17 years of experience building products in the aerospace and automotive industries. Over the past 9.5 years, I’ve been leading teams in automotive electronics, with a growing focus on electric vehicles.At Bajaj Auto Ltd, I head the EV Electronics group. Our team designs and develops the electronic controllers that power our EV platforms (including Motor Controller, BMS, Charger, Vehicle Controller, Telematics and DC-DC Converter). These systems form the core of the vehicle’s performance, safety and connected features.My work spans the full development cycle, from defining system architecture and electronics platforms to solving field issues and scaling products for production. Over the past few years, our EV platforms have scaled significantly, contributing to Bajaj’s growing position in India’s electric two/three-wheeler market. I enjoy building teams that can translate complex engineering problems into robust products used by millions of riders.
