Working on various interior fit out projects for Clients - Iskcon, Table Space, Emerson, Bayer, Apple Labs, Stantec, Ecozen, Yougov, Palo Alto, Epsilon Carbon, Tesla, Mitel, Ts Suites, William sonomo and similar commercial projects.* Leads and oversees the design process for interior fit-out projects and Collaborates with clients to understand their vision and requirements.* Handles the coordination and integration of various design disciplines, such as architectural, structural, HVAC, plumbing, sprinkler, FA/PA, IT and related services, electrical engineering, to ensure a cohesive and functional design.* Collaborates with project managers and other stakeholders to develop design plans, strategies that meet project goals, budget, quality, and timelines.* Responsible for review of design documentation, drawings, and specifications to ensure they are accurate, complete, and compliant with relevant local codes and regulations.* Identifies the potential design-related risks and work with the project team to implement mitigation strategies.* Provides technical guidance to the design team, offering solutions to design challenges and ensuring that designs can be successfully translated into construction.* Manages design changes and revisions while minimizing impact on project timelines, quality, and costs.* Ensure that design plans meet local building codes, zoning regulations, and other legal requirements.* Collaborates with contractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure that design specifications are accurately implemented during construction and on site.
