Responsible to market the on bench consultants.Discussing with the client about the description and responsibilities for a job and the level of performance expected from the candidate (expert/intermediate/Senior/Mid/Junior, etc.) and deliver the same.Updating the resume of consultants daily in the portals like Dice, Monster, Tech Fetch, Indeed and Career builder etc.Submitting the resume of the consultants for the requirement posted in the portals.Sending hotlist of the consultants to preferred vendors on a daily/weekly basis.Knowing the updates about the submissions made.Develop and format resumes for effective initial presentation of the candidate to the clients.Schedule in person / Telephonic interviews.Building up good Database of candidates and clients.Maintain accurate applicant tracking files for all the candidates considered for a specific position.Extensive search on Internet sites for job postings.Involved in active submissions of candidates on our H1 for C2C/CTH positions.Monitoring and follow-up till final selection.Responsible for full life cycle recruiting such as sourcing, screening, contacting, confirming, interviewing and placing qualified talent.NCA will be send by the vendor, I will look into NCA if we have any clause then we will check with vendor and discuss with them.If he/she confirms for the project, sending the Consultants SSN for Back ground check and next followed by PO with the start date and etc.Sending the PO to the respective company and get it sign and Fax it back.Finally takes the responsibility of our consultant to reach the clients place and whom to meet on the initial day of the project.Successfully placed bench consultants for different projectsFlexible in all US Timings ex. EST, CST, MST, PST (Night Shifts) and willing to work virtual or Remotely.Technologies: Java/J2EE, MS DotNet, BA, QA (Automation/Selenium), ServiceNow, WebLogic, Salesforce, WebSphere and Scrum Master.
