Keep the team updated on a need-to-know and weekly basis for technical updates. Partner with all Technicolor BUs for technical updates and syncs. Effectively manage day to day critical incidents to successful completion within SLAs, managing escalations, driving root cause analysis and corrective actions to prevent re-occurrence. Monitor the incident management, problem management and change management. Ensure security and IT best practices are implemented, understood, and followed in the team. Ensuring continuous process improvement is a culture of the team. Arrange required training for the team to improve technical knowledge. Engage team for continuous technical and personal growth.
