As a Principal Sales Architect at IBM, I advise and guide customers to modernize their applications and processes using IBM hybrid cloud products with a holistic and security-focused architectural approach. I have over 25 years of experience in the IT industry, with a strong background in enterprise and data architecture, cloud migrations, vendor evaluations, and integrations. I am a certified professional cloud architect by AWS, Google and have completed several courses on computational thinking and data science from MITx on edX.My mission is to help IT successful by bringing business and development teams together in transforming legacy technologies to cloud and/or managed technologies, and to enable them to be nimble and efficient. I run design thinking workshops, identify use cases, define MVPs, track deployments, and help with resolving roadblocks to improve adoption. I also have hands-on experience in developing templates and frameworks using various technologies. I am passionate about AI and NLU architectures, chatbots, SMS, and email solutions. I have successfully implemented and presented multiple POCs and solutions to leaders and customers across various domains and industries.
