ABOUT MADHAVAN PADMANABHAN

I have more than 13 years of experience out of which more than 5 years were in leadership roles. My experiences have provided me with detailed knowledge in Banking, Competitive Intelligence, Corporate Strategy, Mergers and Acquisition(M&A), Consumer Banking and Small Business Strategy, Project management, Equity Research, Financial Modelling, Corporate Financial Advisory, Restructuring and Turnaround consulting, financial statement analysis, Accounting, Audit and Taxation across industries. I am currently Product Manager, Bank of America and I work in high priority projects for the bank. I have an MBA with specialization in Finance from Marriott Business School of the Brigham Young University and Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification from India and England and Wales. CA qualification is equivalent to CPA.Previously, I worked in Equity Research in Ethos Investment Management where I gave weekly presentations after performing bottom-up analysis in small and midcap stocks in emerging markets and prepared research reports and financial models with a focus on ESG.Before the MBA program, I was the youngest partner in a leading mid-sized accounting firm. Not only do I have a strong professional and academic background, but also strong in extracurricular activities. I am a Shodan holder (third degree Black Belt) and karate instructor from world renowned Shorei Kan Karate School and Yoga Instructor from SVYSA (Deemed University) India. These activities have helped me build outstanding teamwork and team leadership skills.
