Passionate about designing safe, innovative, and cost-effective solutions to complex structural engineering problems, Madhav believes this profession is all about serving the community. Madhav enjoys working in the multidisciplinary design teams and shares passion for the construction process.Madhav has twelve years of structural engineering experience. In his early career, he designed structures in the oil and gas industry, including in high wind and high seismic regions, working on the EPC projects from all around the world. In recent years, Madhav has worked on failure investigations, seismic and wind evaluation of existing structures, rehabilitation design of existing structures, and fire protection engineering. Madhav is well versed with IBC, ASCE, AISC, ACI, and PIP codes/standards/guidelines and familiar with NDS, TMS, PCI, and API standards.
