Currently Principal Investigator (PI) and Project Manager (PM) for blood inventory and supply chain management system (BASIS). This system developed for Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) collects and reports blood inventory at participating hospitals and blood centers in the nation and gives DHHS visibility into nation\'s blood supply status.• Currently PI for U.S donor hemovigilance system for DHHS. This system captures information about adverse reactions that happen during the blood donation and allows blood centers and public health officials to monitor and track reaction rates, identify the factors affecting adverse reactions and improve donation safety.• Currently PI for DoD funded Phase II to develop Environment, Epidemiology, and Etiology Surveillance and Analysis Toolkit.• Currently PI for Telemedicine & Advanced Technology Research Center (TATRC) funded project to design and develop medical cohort definition and analysis tool (CDAT).• Responsible for managing four data mining projects ($3 M), one planning project ($600 K) and a cash management product for banking industry. Implemented material planning, procurement, and scheduling system for shipyards.• PI for project that developed agile workflows for the shipyards using wireless connectivity and was the technical lead for developing common parts catalog for the shipbuilding industry.• Developed organic data mining software to support clustering, classification, association rules, forecasting, and collaborative filtering.• Implemented medical healthcare supply chain management using data mining. This project used clustering, classification and association rules to analyze the medical material consumption, shortages, and capital equipment expenditures at medical facilities.
