CC Macro checkin as per ASTM E381 take action on it.4). working in Rolling mill as a process control monitor online sampla size during rolling running, rolling defects analysis it and take action on it.5). Monitor UT Hold up and defects analysis in microscope.6). MPI calibration check on daily basis7). Monitor Condition shop defect, analysis in microscope and take action on it.8). Monitor all shop rejection and make report on daily basis if major case happened then analysis and take action on it.
