Manage procurement of materials, ensuring timely ordering, accurate documentation, and cost‑effective purchasing.Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve delivery delays, quality issues, and order discrepancies.Use Salesforce CRM to manage customer cases, track service requests, and maintain detailed communication records.Utilise GoldenGate for work order management, asset tracking, and service status updates.Support the Customer Experience team by providing accurate order status updates, managing escalations, and ensuring client satisfaction.Liaise with logistics to arrange shipments, ensuring compliance with deadlines and service level agreements (SLAs).Maintain and update ERP systems (SAP / Oracle) for purchase orders, tracking, and reporting.Monitor procurement performance and implement process improvements to reduce lead times and operational delays.Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to secure reliable deliveries and competitive pricing.
