As a Senior Manager at BYJU\'S, I lead the strategy and planning for business development and sales development in the e-learning industry. With more than 6 years of experience in this domain, I have developed and executed innovative and effective strategies to drive growth, retention, and engagement for the company\'s products and services. I started my career as a Business Development Associate at BYJU\'S and quickly rose to the position of Sales Development Manager, handling the central sales development team for South India.
