About Madhan Arumugam Ramakrishnan
Madhan is a product engineering executive with over 2 decades of enterprise leadership, having built and led several high-performance teams delivering tens of billions$ cloud businesses. He currently leads the Customer Experience team and is accountable for global support, solution engineering, professional services and education services at Snowflake, the only Data Hyperscaler in the era of AI and is responsible for customer & partner success through adoption of our cloud.Previously he led the Product, Data Science and Engineering teams for Microsoft Cloud for ISVs, focused on building product capabilities to enable ISV and AI product transformation on Microsoft Cloud. As one of the founding members of Azure platform, he had the good fortune of building several parts of the core Infrastructure, Apps and Data services from scratch as well as growing and nurturing several leaders and teams. He also had the rare good fortune of leading GTM organizations for Azure during his 3 year tenure leading the Microsoft field teams before getting back to product engineering. As a lifelong student of Yoga, his aspiration is to bring what he learns and practices to his work and that is to bring a deep personal transformation in employees, customers and partners leading up to a true digital transformation
