I gained hands-on experience in various construction techniques and procedures essential for plant building. I observed how different departments work together seamlessly, from the initial conceptualization phase to the final commissioning stage, ensuring the successful completion of the project.I had the opportunity to undergo site training at VRMP, where I witnessed the construction of the world\'s first Residue Upgradation Facility (RUF). This experience was both exciting and insightful, providing me with a deep understanding of the RUF process.
