Worked on building as well as enabling others to build various Microsoft Platform Products - Windows, Hyper-V, SQL Server, Azure Cosmos DB (NoSQL). I have led small to medium sized teams (~80) delivering consistently high quality features. Worked in different locations of Microsoft Hyderabad (20••••08), Redmond (20••••17), Bengaluru (2017 - now) as well as in different organizations of Microsoft to enable constant learning. Fortunately, I was part of Azure Cosmos DB\'s founding team. In here I have built various parts of the product (with affinity towards storage, index and high availability), worked directly with large scale enterprise customers in enabling them to be successful on top our product, participated in various livesite/process improvements to keep lights on for mission critical applications of the world as well as various cost optimizations. In here I also learnt how to successfully scale engineering teams in addition to scaling the product and its customers.
