I’ve spent the last 15 years in hotels — not just working in them, but really learning the ins and outs. I started where most hospitality stories begin: front desk and reservations, where I learned that a warm greeting and a listening ear can set the tone for someone’s entire stay. From there, I wandered into sales, revenue, strategy, and consulting — always curious about how the parts of a hotel connect to make the whole shine.Today, I’m a Global Sales Associate with ALHI, where I get to support incredible leaders, coordinate big-picture efforts, and help hotels show up confidently in a crowded global market. I’m the person asking questions like, “How can we make this easier for everyone?” (including myself).Before that, I wore a Deloitte badge as a Business Solution Advisor, where I got to dive into hotel performance reviews and help teams improve what they were already doing well — and what they could do even better. That role cemented something I already believed: the best strategy starts with listening and ends with clarity.I’ve also been the go-to coordinator during chaotic group shifts, the steady hand at the front desk in the middle of the night, and the team member who figured out how to keep things moving when everything changed (yes, pandemic included).What ties all of this together?I’m fascinated by people and systems — how experiences are created, how service becomes unforgettable, and how smart strategy helps both guests and teams thrive.I like to think of myself as someone who: Sees the story behind the spreadsheet Treasures connection as much as commercial goals Still gets excited when a plan comes together If you’re into hospitality as both an art and a science, love learning from every corner of the business, or just want to connect - I look forward to connecting!
