1 of 2 members in the Human Resources Department supporting 400+ employees nation wide (areas include NY, NJ, Chicago, MD, CA, FL) ·Support Head of Human Resources on various HR projects including recruiting, benefits, employee relations, new hires, and terminations ·Manage Meridian’s benefits including United Healthcare, FlexFacts, and Voya 401K, while maintaining a good relationship with all third-party vendors ·Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter to poach potential candidates, post open jobs, and review applicants to determine if they should be interviewed ·Effectively interview candidates and meet with Managing Directors to discuss feedback on candidate’s skill set ·Work closely with Chief Finance Office and Payroll Manager to coordinate new hires, terminations, time and attendance, deductions, and payroll issues ·Track monthly Real Estate License renewals by sending reminders to each employee, and set Continuing Education classes twice yearly to ensure proper license requirements are met ·Responsible for handling all employee verifications to guarantee they are completed on time ·Effectively administer Separation Agreements and Offer Letters in a timely fashion to ensure accuracy of terms ·Implement proper data in ADP and Benefit Plan Manager for both active and terminated employees
