   Establishes, implements and evaluates programing for Employee Business Resource Groups (EBRGs) to align with the Corporation\'s overall D&I strategic goals. Identifies metrics that will demonstrate success, accountability and sustainability. Identify talent that can help to be a caulis of change; provide thought leadership for individuals and groups. Interact with C-Suite and Senior Executives who serve as sponsors to the groups. Positioned as an influencer to the groups to build strong programing which impacts engagement, inclusion, and brand recognition.
