About Madelyn Jecker
I am a junior at The Ohio State University where I am majoring in Health and Rehabilitation Sciences with a focus on Occupational Therapy, assistive and rehabilitative technology, and dance. Throughout my academics I have found a passion for research, clinical experiences, and improving quality of life.As a Patient Care Technician as well as my involvement in research at Ohio State I have developed attention to detail, the ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative data, and developed strong communication skills. I am interested in technology and tools to enhance daily occupations like driving, daily tasks, and communication between the community.I have energy, passion, leadership, and collaboration skills to help in all environments. I am working to be an Occupational Therapist where I can work in patient care and research. I am thankful for all the opportunities I have had that have gotten me to where I am and am hoping to continue to develop skills to create healthcare solutions.
