Analyze team strengths and weakness in order to create practice plans targeted to develop team weaknesses-Organize individual training sessions for small sided play based on position-Support players by developing individual goals and review their progress on a weekly basis-Develop offensive and defensive plays centered around the team’s strength and/or the opponent-Evaluated high school players during summer tryouts in order to appropriately place players based on their skill levels-Communicate tournament schedules, practice schedules, team goals, and recruiting updates with players and families-Collaborate with directors, coaches, and families in order to educate and inform on the college recruiting process
