As a highly motivated and detail-oriented person, I\'m eager to continue building my career in healthcare and am currently seeking opportunities in Health Management and Administration. Health management encapsulates my professional goals of building an administrative, people-focused career while also fulfilling my personal needs, like investing in my interests and paying the bills. I\'m passionate about working with people, and I aspire to shape the future of healthcare for both providers and patients.Aside from experience gained in my current role, prior educational and professional experiences have taught me many skills that are foundational to this role. During my time at Fordham, I completed a challenging degree in biology in just over three years. The rigorous course load involved with a STEM degree taught me valuable skills of team collaboration, time management, and setting and achieving long-term goals. Drawing from my experience in previous roles within the service industry, I have honed my abilities in office management and communicational etiquette, especially in high-paced environments.I\'ve been able to further expand these skills in my current position at StarPro Physical Therapy, where my efforts have been recognized and valued from top to bottom. In my first year with the company, I was promoted from single-site to multi-site management. Today, I manage 26 locations across Manhattan and am responsible for case management of over 1,500 patients, KPI reporting for each clinic, and auditing of the PCC role.
