I am the type of person who thinks about many problems and situations in an organized and strategic process because I hold myself to very high standards; in doing this, I generate the best outcome. Many people trust me because I get so invested into everything I do and make sure that they know how much I appreciate them and how highly I think of them. This allows me to be very positive and look for the unique qualities each person carries and how we can utilize them in the situation or problem we are trying to solve. Knowing this about myself I find that I work best in an environment where people are positive and empathetic towards each other. I want to be with critical thinkers that don’t just want to get the job done but want to really own what we are trying to complete and make sure the work is to the best of our ability. It would be best for me to be surrounded by a group of people that will push me to grow personally and professionally.

   In charge of alumni relations, running the linked page, and writing our Chi Omega newsletter, require very good communication and organizational skills to make sure I make all my deadlines. In charge of leading three other members of the house to help with my position and set up monthly meetings, this requires me to have good leadership skills. Apart of a group of ambassadors that work together to set up events that are put on by the Chi Omega house, this requires good collaboration skills
