About Madeline Keith
Hello! I am a junior at Fordham University at Rose Hill studying for a Bachelor\'s degree in General Sciences with minors in Sustainable Business and Economics. My passion lies at the intersection of the biological sciences, technology, equity, and business. I’m actively involved in my school community as a member of several clubs, including Women in STEM, where I connect with fellow STEM students, participate in career development, and discuss equity in our prospective fields. This experience has also prepared me for my current position as a Leader in Fordham\'s STEM Peer Connections Program, which allows me to connect with and advise underclassmen in similar fields in the life sciences. Additionally, as an Undergraduate Research Assistant in the Dubrovsky Drosophila Genetics Lab, I had the opportunity to further explore such topics and the human health applications of the life sciences in a fast-paced, detail-oriented learning environment. Currently, I am also an intern at the American Red Cross, working in Corporate Partnerships, building a foundation in investor relations. I\'m excited to combine my STEM-focused skills in biology and data analysis with my passion for writing, teamwork, and advocacy in a practical setting by pursuing a Master\'s abroad, and a career in life sciences consulting, biotechnology, policy, or public health. My goal is to contribute to solutions that improve health outcomes, drive innovation, and create lasting impact internationally.
