ABOUT MADELINE MILLSIP

As a Senior Manager on lululemon\'s Transformation team, I work with leaders to design, implement, and sustain future state operating models that support the attainment of lululemon\'s transformation agenda. I work most closely with our Brand Function & any areas where our Brand & Product Teams intersect. • As a teammate: I am known for my genuine positivity and diligent work ethic in high pressure scenarios. I actively look for opportunities to amplify teammates’ voices and have a preference for collaborating with others—at a whiteboard, each of us with our own “pen in hand”. • As a relationship-builder: I present ideas and challenge others’ with tact and intention, and an understanding that creating alignment requires flexibility, patience, and persistence. I build trust by demonstrating capabilities first-hand and tackling conversations with humility and eagerness to learn. • As both a formal and informal leader: I have a deep desire to leave people, places, and spaces better than I found them. I\'m energized by the possibility of what we can achieve \"together\" & what we can unlock within ourselves along the way. As a human, I am brave, audacious, honest, gritty and witty.
