ABOUT MADELINE MIATELLO

I am a bilingual Policy Analyst with extensive experience in international and governmental relations, specializing in strategic policy development and stakeholder engagement. Holding a Bachelor of Social Sciences with Honours in International Studies and Modern Languages (French Immersion) from the University of Ottawa, I have a deep interest in international, political, and cultural affairs. Taking part in academic and cultural exchanges to Sweden and France has broadened my global perspective and strengthened my commitment to fostering international relations.Throughout my time in the Canadian Federal Government, I have organized and supported high-level diplomatic, informational, and decision-making meetings, working closely with provincial, territorial, and foreign government representatives, as well as National Indigenous Organizations. I have also contributed to the development of key policies, including supporting the implementation of the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples domestically.I specialize in preparing strategic briefings, reports, and providing policy advice to senior executives. Throughout my career, I have cultivated strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, from intergovernmental to international relations, and I have a robust understanding of the Canadian parliamentary system.
