CLIENTS: Condé Nast, Vogue, GQ Sports, Kate Spade, Hermès, Lambda Legal, Malaria No More, FIT, Sandy Liang, BEVZA- Manage and coordinate a range of large scale events, including product launches, conferences, pop-up activations, cocktail parties, and high-end dinners, and oversee all aspects from pre-production through wrap-up for projects- Collaborate closely with internal teams to develop mood boards and creative concept decks, then bring those visions to life on site, while adapting to client needs and an evolving budget- Sustain strong, solution-oriented communication with venue and vendor teams domestically and internationally to coordinate walkthroughs, understand regulations, and ensure seamless planning and delivery- Provide year round project and budget management for an LGBTQ+ nonprofit, offering production services remotely and in person across the nation- Maintain, track, and drive completion of key event deliverables including management of production binders, purchase orders and rental orders- Create work back schedules and managed key administrative event documentation such as securing paperwork (COIs, permits, etc.) and creating production tools (production schedules, call sheets, task lists, run-of-show documents.)
