Empathy-Led Impact.\" I am an ambitious Senior at the University of Notre Dame studying Business Analytics with a passion for using data to drive decision-making tell unique stories and discoveries that cause meaningful change to both organizations and individuals. Throughout my academic journey, I have consistently demonstrated a strong academic performance, earning a place on the Dean\'s List and identifying as a QuestBridge National Match Finalist Scholar and Annexstad Family Foundation Future Leaders of Tomorrow Scholar. I have hands-on experience through multiple internships at Iron Mountain. There, I contributed to enterprise data governance, improved data processes, and collaborated on projects that resulted in a significant cost savings and improved operational efficiency. I am experienced in Agile methodologies, Six Sigma techniques, and have a strong background in programming (Python, R, SQL) and tools like PowerBI, Tableau, and BigQuery. Data visualization is another area of particular passion whcih I have explored thoroughly with tools such as LookStudio. I consider leadership to be at the front end of anyone\'s professional development. I served as the president of the Notre Dame Chapter of QuestBridge, one of the largest chapters of all its participating institutions, and tutoring fellow students at the University Writing Center. I am eager to leverage data and technology to make a positive, people-focused impact and be leader of change in the business world.
