   Acura Tier 1 and Tier 1.5: Media Strategy In this role, I oversee Acura’s Tier 1 national media strategy and Tier 1.5 regional media strategy, serving as the primary contact for client, internal and external agency communications. I lead the media plan recommendation process from strategy through tactical planning for all Acura model launches. As the AMD on the account, I onboarded a new piece of business for Acura — Tier 1.5, which included hiring and training a new team, crafting the strategy and tactical media plan for the 19 participating markets, and establishing processes to support the launch and success of the new program. From an internal leadership perspective, I actively work with the audience insights team to ensure the audience strategy aligns with the brand ethos and leverages data to paint a picture of the target audience for the client. I also am committed to the individual development and career growth of my team. I put a focus on mentorship and mapping out goals for my team members to achieve. I strive to create a supportive environment where team morale is strong, people feel challenged and engaged, and I am constantly looking for ways to create more efficient processes to help manage the team\'s workload and deliver the best work to the client.
