Honed communication and motivation skills while coaching 7-9 year old kids in a recreational summer sailing camp from June to August for 3 summers from 20••••21 with both on-land and on-water instruction- I taught in a positive manner to create a fun environment, instilled comfort on the water, inspired a love of sailing, and executed swift on-water decisions to ensure kids safety- Summer 2022 to present I coach an adaptive sailing class part time for students with various disabilities primarily using skills of inclusivity, positive attitude, and patience.
