I lead WWC\'s Community Engagement Office, housed in the Center for Experiential Learning and Careers. I support initiatives integrating community engagement and service-learning into our curriculum for approximately 750 students. I am a liaison between students, faculty, and community partners to shape innovative collaborative programming. I direct the Bonner Leaders Program and supervise our 12-student Community Engagement Crew. I am also responsible for ensuring that all students fulfill our Community Engagement graduation requirements, and am the primary administrator for our GivePulse online data platform.My role includes advising students, providing financial oversight, and fostering relationships with community organizations to enhance experiential learning and career readiness. I\'m committed to cultivating sustainable, reciprocal community partnerships and empowering students to become impactful leaders.I also supervise our Assistant Director of Community and Global Engagement, our Data and Operations Manager, and two AmeriCorps VISTAs focused on food justice and youth/education programming.Institutional Service Includes: Representative, Staff Advocacy CommitteeRepresentative, Employee Advocacy CommitteeInstructor, College Academic Strategies
