   Maintain both physical and electronic employee’s records. • Assist with the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, performing reference checks, requesting background screens, and arranging drug tests. • Assist with performance management procedures by ensuring access to Cornerstone has been arranged and assisting HR Specialist in training and other duties. • Assist in the payroll function by helping HR Generalist with the time sheets and other duties as needed• Assist in Open Enrollment scheduling • Schedule meetings (rooms, dates, meals and external resources), interviews (times, interviewers and locations), HR events, training sessions and seminars • Manage onboarding and offboarding set up and the ADP access and ensuring we remain in compliance with Federal, State and local laws, especially as for notification and forms delivery. • Produce and submit reports on general HR activity (HR weekly dashboard) • Assist with HR adhoc projects, e.g. organizational charts, HR invoicing/purchase orders, maintaining and updating HR budget, etc. • Assists in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures; prepares and maintains the employee handbook and the policies and procedures manual.• Assist employees in obtaining immigration invitation letters, ensuring that all necessary documentation is provided accurately and in compliance with immigration laws and company policies.• Assist with internal/external HR related inquiries and requests, e.g. verification of employment• Perform DISA background checks and screenings, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with industry-specific safety and regulatory standards.
