Capacity Building + Transformation Processes: I support organizations in capacity building, organizational development, and transformation processes. I provide your teams with strategies, methods, and structures to navigate organizational changes, projects, and challenging dialogues. I facilitate multi-stakeholder events such as conferences and gatherings.2. Education + Skill-Building Workshops: I create content and offer educational workshops for groups on social justice-related topics.3. Community Projects, Workshops, and Non-profit programming Facilitation: As a trained social worker, I support community-level initiatives by designing and facilitating programming for the people your organization serves, such as conferences, events, community initiatives, participatory learning spaces, and stakeholder dialogues.4. Consulting: I support individuals who wish to strengthen their practices through developing or refining your own workshops, trainings, or group sessions, integrating trauma-informed, anti-oppressive, or human rights-based approaches into your workshops, organizational structures, or community programming. I provide individual thought partnership and coaching related to organizational development and capacity building.
