Manage and update job descriptions, post positions, conduct interview screening and all scheduling, conduct reference calls, and execute new hire orientation-HR Administration: Knowledge of payroll process and regulations (e.g, final pay rules, non-exempt rules, LOA process, time & attendance). Partner with our PEO provider/ corporate accounting for payroll related actives. Benefits administration in partnership with our PEO, Insperity. Application and review of company policies. HR systems and vendor management (e.g, Insperity, Level, Lattice, MS Teams/Intranet, Bright Funds, Traliant, etc.)-Employee Engagement & DEI Development: Plan, organize, and direct administration of engagement activities such as service awards, picnics, communication boards, charity, wellness, and recognition. Partner with the Head of HR on the DEI strategy and initiatives-Employee Relations and Talent Management: Promote positive employee relations through communication and interpretation of HR policies and programs that support the company objectives. Assist with investigations and employee suggestions/complaints through fact-fining methods and provide managers with guidance toward resolution.
