Use PLS-CADD and PLS-POLE to model new and existing transmission lines, as well as individual standard and custom structures. Perform loading calculations for custom structures and draft load drawings for vendors. Perform scoping work for various clients to plan required materials and costs for upcoming projects.Attend site-walkdowns and other client-facing events and meetings.Create and edit conceptual (30%),detailed (60%), and IFR/IFC (90%) packages including plan and profile drawings, stringing charts, damper charts, staking tables, standard and custom hardware drawings, maps, material lists, etc. Work with a variety of utilities, getting to know each individual client\'s preferences, specifications, and design philosophies. Help to develop proposals by applying knowledge of project timelines.Attend site-visits to gather useful information about upcoming or ongoing projects, as well as network with others within the field and grow client relationships.Lead the Network of Women employee group as the Local Coordinator for the Charlotte office.Act as a mentor/ manager for incoming intern helping to manager workload, learning, and overall company experience.
