About Madeline Serena
I strongly believe in empowering others to create systemic change, especially the most marginalized children and communities. In the last 15 years, I have created and managed international programs, lead and executed successful donor engagement strategies, and created innovative and efficient fundraising methods used to raise millions for refugee causes and other NGOs. I have successfully executed: program development, management & evaluation; statistical analysis; donor and grant management; research and developed public policy and advocacy initiatives; and advised private sector companies on their social impact investing. The last 7 years of my career have focused on donor and partner engagement for ultra high net worth individuals and partners giving upwards of 7- to 10-figure gifts.Past experience includes contractual reporting and monitoring data collection systems, grant management, grant writing, and providing technical assistance to small nonprofits in order to build their capacity and ensure that they are serving their communities in the most effective and efficient ways possible.
