About Madeline Rodriguez
Healing is at the heart of everything I do- and building pathways to healing is my life’s work. As Divisional Social Services Director at The Salvation Army Southern California Division, I am committed to build trauma-informed, healing-centered programs that meet people where they are and walk with them toward stability, hope, and opportunity. Transforming lives through Faith, Dignity and Hope. I’m a licensed marriage and family therapist, a PsyD doctoral candidate, and an adjunct faculty member; but more than anything, I’m someone who believes that people deserve to be seen, heard, and supported. I’m passionate about developing programs that heal cycles of trauma, foster leadership within communities, ensure the dignity of community members, and create real pathways to a brighter future for all.
