I am excited to join Cintoo, one of the leading Reality Capture software technology providers, in the role of Content Creation Manager. One of the challenges with powerful technical software is figuring out the best approach when trying to promote its ingenuities, capabilities, and innovations. How do you condense technical information to transform the kind of insight customers and clients can have when learning about a certain product suite or offering? This type of critical insight is something I look forward to honing during my time at Cintoo. Building out Cintoo\'s LinkedIn presence, while conducting customer interviews and creating shareable content based off of those videos is paramount to the type of online growth that Cintoo is bound to have. Online presence also means catering learning content to prospective and current customers as well. Not only does Cintoo seek to amass a larger online presence, but creating learning content via webinars and short demos is also one of the tangible outputs that will further raise awareness of Cintoo\'s offerings and world-leading innovations. These goals and more are embodied in the work I do, and will continue to constitute a large part of my forward-thinking, combined with the support and vision of the incredible team at Cintoo.

ABOUT MADELINE MEDENSKY
I recently graduated from the University of Waterloo with an Honours Arts degree, majoring in English Literature and Rhetoric. I was fortunate enough to also attend University College London in the last term of my undergraduate education. Both institutions have supplied me with many wonderful experiences and opportunities. Through UW\'s co-operative education program, I was able to gain experience working in communications-related fields. Not only did I gain a number of technical skills related to multimedia marketing/content creation, but I also honed in on my editing, writing and communication skills through a wide array of different scenarios, guidelines, and expectations. While at University College London, I was especially challenged and pushed outside of my comfort zone. Not only did I have to pick up on some British lingo, but I also felt compelled to try my very best at producing original ideas related to coursework. In all seriousness, during my time at UCL, I really developed a sense of my writerly \"voice\" which has only helped me respond to certain settings and audiences with the utmost attention and care when producing creative work. On that note, part of my success as a communicator has come from my experiences at ICON Outlook Magazine where I am responsible for interviewing CEOs and CTOs of companies. My work with these individuals have taken me all over the place, and I feel especially fortunate that I get to partake in such interesting and complex conversations. Who has free time anymore? Increasingly, it is hard to find time on the side to pursue what I love (as I bet most people can relate with) which is creative writing. On the side, I publish as much creative work as I can, including poetry, fiction, and non-fiction. Recently, I was longlisted for the 2023 CBC Short Story Prize.
