Though not an area of focus in my formal education, I had the opportunity to dive into Human Resources shortly after college, and have been blessed with opportunities to continue growing in what I\'m passionate about! I am currently serving Boston Retail Solutions as their Organizational Development Manager. I wear all types of hats depending on the day while working alongside leadership to support our workforce. Fulfillment for me stems from the opportunity to push company culture, specifically, in employee engagement and talent development but also in providing support around employee relations, project management, talent acquisition and onboarding.
