ABOUT MADELINE NEFF

I am a student in the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee and I’m working towards a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Marketing. I have always been a consistent and focused person, fulfilling my responsibilities beyond what is required is one of my strengths. In my current position as a CBX at CycleBar, I was tasked with aiding in the training of new employees because of my leadership skills. Other colleagues respect my work-ethic and guidance and consistently receive praise from members and the manager. Additionally, my involvement in the Chancellor’s Honors Program has allowed me to target my strengths and develop my skills even further. My career goal is to work in the Marketing industry with a focus in social media. I’m fascinated by the consistent growth that social media experiences and how people utilize various platforms. I value the creative side of marketing and want to utilize my skills in order to make an impact on brands and individuals alike. I’ve lived near D.C. my entire life, so it feels natural to be constantly surrounded by marketing and technology industries, with much of it operating in my county.
