Hi, I’m Maddie. I am a digital product and customer success professional passionate about sports, technology, and creating meaningful connections. My background spans across digital media, live operations, client success, and marketing, which has given me a versatile skill set and a collaborative, problem-solving mindset.I currently work as a Manager of Digital Products at NASCAR, where I support the operations of our digital platforms, including mobile apps, websites, live data feeds, and fan engagement tools. I contribute to user acceptance and quality assurance testing, coordinate incident response, and assist with feature launches that reach millions of fans. Working closely with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders, I focus on ensuring a reliable, engaging digital experience for NASCAR fans.Previously, I gained experience in business development at Splunk, where I built customer relationships and secured new revenue opportunities, and in event operations and digital media with Living Sport at Super Bowl LVII, where I contributed to large-scale fan experiences and digital content growth.I earned a Master of Management Studies from Duke University and a B.S. in Marketing from the University of Minnesota, where I competed as a Division I student-athlete in women’s soccer. Those experiences taught me resilience, teamwork, and adaptability, qualities I continue to bring into my career.Outside of work, I enjoy running marathons, skiing, hiking, traveling, and staying connected to sports.
