I’m a People & Culture practitioner focused on helping organizations operate more effectively through their people, managers, and programs. In my current role, I partner across the business to strengthen manager capability, improve how teams set priorities and goals, and build systems that support performance, engagement, and growth in a remote-first environment. I’ve led and supported initiatives across onboarding, employee engagement, and ERG programming, with a focus on creating scalable, inclusive experiences that help employees do their best work. This includes building structured onboarding approaches, developing manager enablement resources, and rethinking how organizations support community and belonging during periods of change. I’m particularly interested in how thoughtful program design and clear operating models can improve both employee experience and business outcomes - especially in growing, evolving organizations.
