Global Event Marketing • Plan and execute a high volume of client-facing events and conferences for all business divisions within the Americas Investment Bank. Programs range from networking receptions, dinners and golf outings to content-heavy seminars, investor days and multi-day, global investor conferences. • Manage all event logistics including venue and vendor sourcing, contract negotiation, budgeting, food and beverage selection, production and audio-visual requirements, marketing assets, content development, registration and guest list management, technology, transportation, lodging, keynote speaker procurement, VIP handling, excursions and activities, branded gifting and post-event reporting and analytics • Work closely with internal stakeholders, global and regional marketing strategists, creative teams, Corporate Access and global sponsorship teams • Strategize with business partners to continuously provide rewarding client experiences, achieve maximum ROI and bolster the brand reputation Awards & Recognition: Served as the lead planner for the 2017 Global Media and Communications Conference, recognized by BizBash on their list of Top 100 Events in the United States.
