The extremely complex neurological mechanisms that enable humans to create linguistics so effectively are the subject of ongoing studies at the LBDL, which also looks at how these systems are impacted by difficulties of speech- Trained in electroencephalography (EEG) recordings & behavioral testing for speech related brain research- Assist with speech & language research through pilot studies, data analysis, & systematic review projects- Collect, process, & analyze cognitive & linguistic responses to study stroke-related effects on word recall.
