At Caribe Royale Orlando, I am privileged to report directly to the Director and Assistant Director of Food & Beverage, overseeing eight restaurants, banquet operations, outdoor operations, culinary, and restaurant event management.Administrative- Support the F&B Director and Assistant Director in all endeavors- Coordinate and participate in meetings including weekly manager meetings, marketing team meetings, sales site brainstorms, event opportunities, vendor introductions, etc- Organize internal information (BEOs/REOs/Site Summaries/Event Resumes) and build restaurant-focused reports, aimed to forecast covers based on forecasted occupancy and group movement-Liaison for communication within department. Created and manage F&B Insider Report used in daily line-ups- ​Manage all invoices, expense reports, contracts, company credit card receipts, and Amazon Business purchases.Marketing- Menu design and distribution for restaurant main menu and specialty menus. Collaborate with internal marketing managers on website and digital implementation- Facilitate department-wide monthly promotion planning meetings, resulting in a shared calendar for all outlets per month. Create special signage and track results after month-end- Collaborate on social media promotion and photography- Collaborate with restaurant event team to brainstorm strategy, promotion, and execution of large events.Restaurant Events- Establish Trello system for organization of restaurant event inquiries- Collaborate to capture, plan, and execute restaurant events for The Venetian Chop House, Stadium Club, Calypso\'s Pool Bar and Grille, and Rum Bar featuring Bacardi- Create Wedding Flyer to showcase tailored restaurant events for local attendees.Sales Site Visits- Assist with AV support for Stadium Club venue tours- Create custom menus for seated meals or tasting events for applicable sites visits.Projects- Food and Beverage Summer Internship Program- Toast point-of-sale system
