Managing a team of 14 employees across countries (US, Puerto Rico, Brazil, Argentina); mix of tenured FTEs and Contractors.• Org design after restructure to ensure proper resource and work allocation for all NA and LATAM tasks.• Exit workstream lead on large scale transformation projects with a combined effort of over 1,300 impacts (terminations) and a high dollar impact across sectors: Pharm, MedTech, Corporate, Supply Chain.o Negotiated with senior business leaders (Pharm and MedTech) for them to fund additional resources to assist with execution due to volume increase, which was unprecedented.• Effective use of data analytics on team metrics and CSATs to identify opportunities for increased efficiency, effectiveness, proper resource allocation, and improved employee experience. Leveraging data for story telling and providing Senior leadership with a strong basis for decision making.• Negotiating with vendors and working closely with Procurement, Legal, HRIA, and other teams to identify a new solution for severance calculation, defining business requirements, and process mapping.• Structuring the team and process in preparation for TSA, which begins as soon as Kenvue Legal Spin occurs. Part of this effort was completely recreating the severance process (mapping inputs and outputs) outside of the system to have a new, manual solution built on Excel since Kenvue won’t be using the same system.• Exit workstream lead for the “Diamond Day 1 Project”, related to the separation of a business segment into a new company to ensure knowledge transfer for all pertinent processes, guidelines, regulations.• Coordination and successful implementation of process improvement initiatives that increased efficiency and experience for the People Operations group, cross-functional stakeholders, and internal customers.
