Hello! My name is Maddie and I was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio. I attended Miami University and graduated in 2021 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Strategic Communication with Cum Laude distinction. After college, I had the opportunity to participate in MetLife’s first Service Academy Training Program prior to transitioning into my current role as a Client Service Consultant.
