Part of the UK Graduate Communications Academy at Siemens, a program designed to provide hands-on experience in communications at regional and global levels. My first placement was in the internal engagement team in Great Britain & Ireland, where I assisted with the rebranding of internal communication channels to streamline employee communications. This included the launch of the GB & I Hub, a centralized SharePoint site housing essential tools and information. I also helped organize the GB & I Leaders\' Live conference to align leaders on strategic priorities and facilitate networking.In my current placement, I am part of the global organic social media team, leveraging social platforms to amplify Siemens\' brand and engage with international audiences.
