ABOUT MADELEINE SLOBACK
Madeleine\'s knowledge for construction sets her apart from other designers. Before she was involved in the design industry, Madeleine went to school and worked as a carpenter for a multitude of different projects, ranging from commercial renovations to custom home building and millwork installation. This experience and knowledge is crucial to the design process and she prides herself in picking up on and understanding construction details that can otherwise be overlooked. Madeleine\'s knowledge of construction combined with her passion for catered, functional, and creative interiors has helped her create spaces that are unique and distinctive. Her educational background includes the completion of the Interior Design program from British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT), architectural drafting from Kwantlen Polytechnic University (KPU) and her first year carpentry apprenticeship from Kwantlen Polytechnic University (KPU) achieving best in class marks and Gold in the Skills Canada Competition.
