About Madeleine Lagarde Hrycyna
I received my Bachelor\'s of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering from NC State. I have previous experience in sourcing, manufacturing, and lean initiatives. I graduated from the Operations Management Leadership Program with GE Vernova and started full time as a Quality Engineer on the Process Industrialization team where I worked closely with cross functions teams to lead projects that improved safety, quality, delivery, and cost. I now am the lean leader for sourcing and support supply chain development with GE Hitachi Nuclear Energy to promote and drive continuous improvement across our business.I am a highly motivated and goal-driven individual with a good work ethic. I am always wanting to learn more and gain all different insights and perspectives that are available to me. I am very collaborative and work well in teams but also standout with my leadership and management skills.
