Hello, my name is Madeleine Harris. I am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Communication with a minor in Marketing at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. I am expected to graduate in May of 2028. In the Fall 2025 semester, I earned a spot on the Dean’s List and achieved a 4.0 overall GPA. I am actively involved in academic and extracurricular activities. I am currently a member of the Delta Zeta chapter at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. In my chapter, I currently hold a position as the PR Assistant, where I help to run our social pages. Outside of my academics, I am a college-based content creator. I manage and run a personal TikTok platform. My page focuses on fashion, beauty, and lifestyle content. I create strategic short-form videos. My videos emphasize content strategy, audience growth, and personal brand development. My top skills are Communication, Customer Experience, Marketing, and Social Media. What value most about a professional is trust. I want to be able to build a foundation of integrity and trust within my work. To a company, I bring a strong work ethic and a wide set of skills regarding Communications and Marketing. As for my current job experience, I am currently a server at Champy’s in Chattanooga, Tennessee. As a server, I provide high-quality customer service in a fast-paced environment. I communicate effectively with guests and my team members to ensure a positive experience for customers. This role has strengthened my communication skills, teamwork skills, time management, and ability to work effectively under pressure. I am also currently a cashier/hostess at Cootie Browns in Bristol, Tennessee. As a cashier, I manage financial transactions while providing customer service effectively. This role has improved my adaptability, time management skills, and my ability to communicate with others. With this role, I am responsible for creating a welcoming dining experience and managing reservations.
